WE ARE A SPECIALIST CONSULTANT EAR, NOSE AND THROAT SURGICAL PRACTICE
The company is to complete CQC registration as a private healthcare provider for Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) services. The investment in Lymington, where Ear Clinic is held, is to be completed in 2020 with the addition of services supporting the private ENT provision.
Ear Clinic is the name given to the routine aural care clinic held at the ENT Treatment Room, Lymington and a trading name of ENT Referrals Limited. The facility was funded in 2015 as part of a series of charitable partnership projects that’ve been serving the country since 2007. The partnerships are dedicated to providing services to Public Sector organisations including serving and retired Police Officers, Civil Servants, Firefighters and others that provide a benefit to community or country. |
DR DAVID BALFOUR MBE
GOVERNANCE DIRECTOR Dr Balfour was awarded the MBE in 2010. He is the former Medical Director for Hampshire and works at Lymington Hospital. Dr Balfour’s invaluable experience and oversight ensures robust management and compliance. Whilst the overall direction of the organisation will be the responsibility of the Directors, the robustness of clinical governance and the ability to provide a safe and effective clinical service must be considered. WARD ACCOUNTANCY Helen Ward is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying with Deloitte in 2003. After working at a senior level for 14 years she launched Ward Accountancy Limited. We are delighted to be working with Helen who shares our values and transformed our accountancy practices. Helen has enabled the company to fully benefit from modern accountancy software through expert knowledge in addition to providing first-class training of the team. |
MR MARTIN WHITEHOUSE
SENIOR ENT NURSE PRACTITIONER Martin Whitehouse has 20 years experience working within an NHS Ear, Nose & Throat Department in Birmingham. The last 10 years have been spent specialising in aural care as an Advanced ENT Nurse Practitioner and managing an ENT Department. For the last 16 years he has shared his work and holiday leave developing and delivering various successful aural care courses at Aston University, Birmingham. He is enthusiastic to see that good quality, safe, effective patient care is provided and is committed to teaching the same values to health professionals. |
MR KEVIN HOWLETT
DIRECTOR Mr Howlett has NHS and private sector experience. He originally qualified as an audiologist and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Having lectured full-time and managed large NHS Public Private Partnership and other services, he moved to business management. During the past 14 years he has developed partnerships with national public sector organisations and registered charities in the UK and Ireland. The partnerships have a broad base, supporting adults with a variety of welfare needs, to the education of deaf children and young people. These projects have raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for registered charities since 2007. |
